Spiritual Journeys
Come join us as we meet for multiple sessions and deal with subjects relevant to our development as Christian disciples here at GPC.  Three to four journeys per year are scheduled and the itinerary varies depending on the journey. The sessions begin by expanding our individual and collective knowledge of a subject through presentations and discussions at GPC and “field trips”.

Previous journeys have included “The Big Bang Theory”, “Spirits” and “Daily Bread”.

For more information and a contact person, see the Spiritual Growth Ministry Team or contact the office.

Bible Study
Looking for a way to grow in faith? Every Wednesday evening, a community gathers to nurture one another through spiritual formation, prayer, and Biblical exploration. Whether you have been reading the Bible your whole life or this is your first time, you are welcome!  This group meets on Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Junior High Lounge.

Rebecca Circle
We bring a lunch, chat, and sign monthly cards to our shut-ins. Every other month we try to go out to lunch. We are an informal group trying to support each other and the members of the congregation and welcome all.  This group meets on the second Monday of the month at 11:00 a.m. in room 1.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a quiet ministry meeting once a month. A Prayer Shawl is given to someone who is going through a rough patch in life or we are proud of an accomplishment. Over the last ten years there have been about 12 people involved (either knitters and/or crocheters). There are men and women crafters involved. The Prayer Shawl is for comfort or to have it around you when you pray.  This group meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in Room 16.

We plan spiritual retreats to renew and rejuvenate our bodies and minds. Information about retreats will be in the Harbinger.
