Policies and Procedures
Using our facilities
We welcome the community to use our facilities in an appropriate manner. We have classrooms, lounges, a large meeting hall and kitchen that can be used for church or non-church related events. Our policy asks that you contact our office to check availability and the nominal fee charged. Then you need to complete an Application for Use of Church Facilities and Equipment that must be returned to the church office 30 days before the planned event. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided 10 days before the event.
Please refer to the complete policy and guidelines “Use of Facilities at Gates Presbyterian Church” section in Committee Descriptions and Church Policies, Guidelines and Bylaws for Gates Presbyterian Church 2014.
